Yusuf Aderinto holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication from Cardiff University, UK, and a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. With over a decade of diverse professional experience, Yusuf has worked in the United Kingdom across various sectors, gaining valuable international exposure and honing his expertise in strategic communications, client engagement, and team leadership.
Currently, he leads high-performing teams across Nigeria and Kenya, managing over 50 professionals. His strengths lie in offshore operations, business development, and talent management, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. As a co-founder of TalentLinkGlobal, Yusuf brings a deep understanding of global workforce dynamics and is passionate about connecting businesses worldwide with skilled African talent.

Martha Tanyi is a versatile communication professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic communication, media relations, and digital content creation. She holds a Master’s in International Journalism from Cardiff University, UK, along with certifications in Web Development and DevOps—highlighting her ability to operate at the intersection of storytelling and technology.
In a previous role as Web Content Manager at a high-tech company, she led content strategy, creation, and optimization to enhance brand visibility and SEO performance. Her work bridged communication and technical execution, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
